Starting a consistent meditation practice is not easy when life is busy. There are so many thoughts, activities, and people who take and want our attention.
It takes showing up for yourself and putting in the practices that don’t seem to lead anywhere (the ones where all you do is think and fidget).
It takes getting out of bed early, or going to bed earlier.
It takes changing your routine, so you put yourself first.
That is why I was guided to start Earth Force Activation™, a live guided Zoom meditation practice that can be practiced twice weekly for 30 minutes. In this practice, we support one another in change, transformation, clarity, and calm.

During the Activation Meditation, we get present to our Higher Self/Source/Essence and connect with the Earth. She cleans and clears us and then fills us with Life Force – Earth Force – Activating energy so we can set up our day, week, and life for success, fulfillment, effortlessness, clarity, and vitality.
After consistent practice of Earth Force Activation™, you will notice:
You have more energy, and life force is kept in your body and energy field, so you have increasing health and vitality.
You are present and aware more often during the day, so you have access to your intuitive guidance and life direction.

During the sessions, my small self gets out of the way so the Earth can lead and facilitate through me. I trust that her guidance is coming through me, and I let it.

Meet Your Guide
jennifer Sifert
Twenty-seven years ago, I started practicing meditation, yoga, creating art, and journaling. After a few months, I noticed that I was getting to know my energy, feelings, and thoughts and felt clearer, calmer, and present to my power. So, I kept doing it and deepened my practice. Back then, I had no teachers other than ancient texts and psychological books.
I was also on a mission to discover my purpose, why I was here, and what I was supposed to do. My daily practice opened me to receiving guidance, direction, and inspiration that created Earth Force Activation™ and Finding the Source™ programs and ceremonies.
My work helps visionaries, influencers, change agents, and conscious entrepreneurs achieve their highest purpose, realize their power, and create prosperity by doing what they love. Through my courses, programs, meditations, and ceremonies, I support others by facilitating greater levels of awareness and fine-tuning their energy so they are free and clear to do their life’s work. As a facilitator of Source, I guide changemakers to unravel their limiting beliefs, step into pure potential, and co-create a new paradigm.

You will receive a library full of past recordings, delivered as a private podcast so you can listen on your podcast player of choice. Recordings are typically uploaded within 48 hours after the live call, so you will never be too far behind.

We gather on Zoom every Tuesday and Friday at 6am PST / 9am EST. If you can’t make it live, the recording will be uploaded within 24 - 48 hours.
Sun Force Activation™️ live sessions are at 11:30 PST / 2:30 EST on Wednesdays.
