My Story

Growing up, I always knew I was different. I was a high-achiever, always observing, analyzing, and comparing. Because of this, I was able to learn the unspoken social rules of my community, and dress and act in a way that meant I “fit in”. 

But at my core, I have always been different, a bit eccentric. From a young age, I’ve had a foot in two worlds. While I’m a hard worker and have achieved material success in grounded, pragmatic ways, I also have a direct connection with Spirit and am able to access higher levels of guidance and intuition. As others began to notice my gifts, I started to feel mounting pressure to help, heal, and protect them. This burden made me turn away from my spiritual side for a number of years, trying to once again “fit in” and play safe. 

At 21 years old, I reconnected with my spiritual side and used my daily practice, journalling, and ancient teachings to wake up from the illusion that had captured me. I became aware of what had been distracting me and committed to doing the real work I am meant to do. I believe that, with the right support, everyone is capable of waking up and finding their purpose. 

I started to see that the challenging experiences I went through taught me how to embrace discomfort as an opportunity to grow, and how to allow my authentic self to shine while still being respected as a woman and a professional. 

My spiritual reconnection honed my ability to communicate with higher realms, receiving information and transmitting it to the “real” world in language that is relatable. I can see the fear-based programming and the energetic traps that people – especially hard-working, visionary people like myself – get stuck in. I can also see their clear purpose and potential, and I know they have the ability to step into their biggest life work. I help them find the same path I uncovered for myself.  

Together we explore the most potent themes and patterns that show up in their life – responsibility, money, control, feminine and masculine energetics, wellness, prosperity, relationships, community, and personal success. Through my vast experience and expertise, I help them feel more love and happiness, experience transformation, develop healthy responsibility and discipline, and regain control and power over their story. From stuckness, they find their clear path, and from fear, they move into trust. 

My greater purpose is to initiate change on a global scale, starting with powerful individuals. If each visionary and changemaker transformed their old paradigm and patterns, it would begin to dismantle the fear-based programming in the world. As they step into their true purpose and power and use their influence for good, other people are inspired to follow.
